The Tea Master for example has scoured the globe to source and a selection of exquisite teas, whilst the Caviar Man will serve his version of Egg and Soldiers with quail’s egg and a spoonful of Oscietre caviar. A string trio or pianist will accompany each sitting with pieces chosen especially for the Gallery, sketch’s artist-conceived restaurant.
