Quattro Passi, Michelin star Amalfi fine dining comes to London

Antonio Mellino has earned two Michelin stars at his landmark Quattro Passi restaurant in Southern Italy and now, Londoners can enjoy this fine dining at the new Quattro Passi in fashionable Dover Street. The seasonally inspired menu is prepared with the best ingredients that are shipped daily to the UK from Antonio’s native Italy.

Antonio believes in selecting only the finest ingredients, so you can savour the same cuisine in London that has earned his restaurant in Italy the distinction of being one of the top fifty restaurants in the country, and why the restaurant has welcomed many high profile diners including Beyonce.

On the menu you can expect to see light and simple pasta alongside seafood dishes and incredible grills on which Antonio’s reputation has been built.

A typical menu includes antipasti of seared cuttlefish on fennel salad, orange and crispy prosciutto and scallops on oil crusted bread, baby broccoli, bottarga and green sauce. Starters include raviolo filled with smoked cheese, piennolo tomato sauce and chargrilled octopus and vegetables on cream of celeriac.

Mains see sea bass guazzetto-style with small calamari or Mediterranean lobster. Desserts are an essential at Quattro Passi, indulge in lemon delight with aromatic mixed herb sorbet and caramel bavarois or Barbados Rum Baba’ with cream and black cherries.

For reservations, visit the Quattro Passi website or contact your Insignia Lifestyle Boutique personal assistant.
