A typical menu includes antipasti of seared cuttlefish on fennel salad, orange and crispy prosciutto and scallops on oil crusted bread, baby broccoli, bottarga and green sauce. Starters include raviolo filled with smoked cheese, piennolo tomato sauce and chargrilled octopus and vegetables on cream of celeriac.
