Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly sold his Malibu beach home for $17.35 million, buying a home in Palm Springs for $5.23 million. The single floor building features walls of windows and includes six bedrooms, a gym and tennis court.

The ranch style property is designed by architect Donald Wexler and boasts backdrops of the San Jacinto Mountains.
