The Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort in Lanzarote is proud to announce a series of limited edition gastronomic seminars hosted by award-winning British chef Adam Simmonds at its Isla de Lobos restaurant.
Simmonds learned his trade working in some of London’s most regal luxury hotels including The Ritz and The Lanesborough before joining Marco Pierre White at Les Saveurs and later working under Raymond Blanc. He earned his Michelin star at Ynyshir Hall in Wales and joined Danesfield House in 2007 where his reputation as one of Britain’s finest chefs has continued to grow.
The gastronomic seminars will allow you to sample such enticing delicacies as European lobster drizzled with sea urchin and beetroot cream or scallop fillets marinated in Veracruz vanilla and Canary Island limes with sour apple jelly.
If you want to take your interests further than mere tasting, Princesa Yaiza’s head chef Carlos Pérez will be heading up some complimentary gourmet workshops and master-classes for all budding cooks and foodie aficionados.
The limited edition gastronomic seminars will take place from 29-31 August. For further information please visit the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resorts website or call + 34 928 519 300.
