With over 3,000 individually selected wines, Champagnes and spirits, The Wine Shop has created dedicated areas for each: there’s the Champagne Room, areas for both Old and New World wines, and the Large Format Bottle Zone, where collectors can choose between a range of sizes, from magnums to 18-litre melchiors. The chilled Wine Vault and Tasting Rooms will remain, while  a striking copper clad Spirits Room provides the perfect environment in which to sample the finest whisky, cognac, brandy and more.

Complementing the swanky new shop is the level of expertise provided by Harrods’ own sommeliers ensuring that all customers, whether collectors or the chance buyer, receive  the information they need to purchase the item that’s right for them. Then there’s the Wine Cellar Service which will continue to offer professional advice on which wines to buy now and how to start your own cellar collection.

The Wine Shop is located on the lower ground floor in Harrods and will be open from 12 July. It hosts numerous wine tasting events such as the upcoming Mosel Riesling Masterclass on 18 July. For more information call +44 20 7893 8777 or visit the website.
