Sun Gardens Dubrovnik has announced the unprecedented step of launching a Concierge Service for its residents, the first of its kind in Croatia.
The move is a response to the increasing demand for the high levels for service and facility standards that residents have come to expert of luxury hotels. Enisa Grebović, Owners’ Representative at Sun Gardens, said: “my main aspiration is to make life as easy as possible for the residents of Sun Gardens and to ensure that they are catered for at all times. A large component of my work will be to maintain a regular dialogue with the owners and their families so that I can better understand their lifestyle preferences and habits and tailor the service to suit these tastes.”
Later in the year, an expanded team of lifestyle specialists will support Enisa in assisting owners of the resort’s 207 residences with limousine transfers, storing baggage, making restaurant bookings, organising excursions, providing shopping recommendations as well as using their extensive knowledge of the area’s hotspots and attractions to augment their clients’ experience of Dubrovnik.
