The titans of world tennis will align on the Côte d’Azur for one week in April as the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters celebrates its 107th annual outing.
Amazingly only one of the current top 10 ATP ranked men’s tennis players in the world has won the tournament previously with Spanish maestro Rafael Nadal recording a staggering eighth consecutive title in 2012 after beating Serbian, Novak Djokovic, in straight sets.
Having slipped down the world rankings to fifth, Nadal faces stiff competition from last year’s runner-up along with the likes of Andy Murray and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga who will be eager to add new silverware to their trophy cabinet. In order to do this the challengers will have to overcome Nadal’s intimidating tournament record of 44 victories against just one defeat on the clay courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club.
Le Tie-Break packages are available which includes a gourmet lunch prepared by the official tournament caterer Lenôtre served on a terrace overlooking the Public Village. The deal also includes first category seats on the centre court, a VIP Village pass, aperitif, tournament souvenir, official programme and free parking.
