Harrods welcomes Anna Hansen as Chef of the Season this spring

Anna Hansen, Chef Patron at popular dining spot The Modern Pantry in London’s Clerkenwell, has been named as Harrods’ Food Hall’s Chef of the Season for spring 2013.

For the next three months, The Modern Pantry’s produce will be sold in Harrods’ Food Hall, including meals, breads, salads, desserts as well as a host of jams, spices and relishes. Expect to find cumquat marmalade, gooseberry and vanilla jam, Aleppo chilli flakes and liquorice paste alongside Harrods Earl Grey tea pannacotta, corn bread and mains such as rose marinated poussin with roast plums and rose yoghurt.

Anna said: “I am very excited to be working with Harrods. To have my food from The Modern Pantry in such a world-renowned luxury destination as the Food Hall at Harrods is an honour.”
