The most distinguished tennis players from all corners of the world will converge on the Principality of Monaco between 14 and 22 April looking to be crowned the Rolex Masters clay court champion.
More then 46 international tennis players compete for price money of around €2,227 in the format of the best of three sets. The crowd is drawn as much by the beautiful scenery and weather that Monaco is well known for as they are to watch some of the globes very best professionals in tennis take to the courts.
There have been numerous past champions of the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters including Rafael Nadal for the past six years, 2005 to 2010, Guillermo Coria, Juan Carlos Ferrero and Gustavo Kuerten to name just a few.
